Sanctuary was created as a haven for women to slow down, and reconnect with themselves. It's rooted in presence, care, and the belief that healing unfolds gently when we feel safe and supported.

the PATH that LED me here
When I opened a bridal store right out of college, I thought I was stepping into a life filled with beauty, joy, and celebration. I imagined helping women find their dream dress and witnessing moments of love and excitement.
What I witnessed instead was something quieter and heavier.
Behind the lace and laughter, I held space for women who were overwhelmed and unseen, performing happiness while breaking inside. And somewhere in their stories, I realized I was doing the same.
By every outward measure, I was successful. I built something meaningful. I left my accountant wide-eyed at the fast rate in which my business grew. But the truth was that I kept saying yes to everyone around me, even when it meant deeply ignoring myself.
Eventually, I reached a moment where I could no longer pretend everything was fine.
In letting go of the life I thought I was supposed to want, I found the woman beneath it all. The one who valued truth over performance, peace over perfection, and depth over approval.
why I DO this WORK
I learned that healing begins when we stop hiding behind what looks good on the outside and start listening to what we truly need. For me, that meant learning boundaries, self-respect, and how to hold space for honesty and care.
Today, my work is about supporting others as they reconnect with themselves. My sessions are less about fixing and more about remembering. Remembering who you are, what you need, and how much wisdom you already carry.
Healing now looks like quiet moments of truth, tears that soften into peace, and a gentle return to yourself.

space
Sanctuary is located in a cozy space nestled on four acres of trees, that's been lovingly renovated while honoring its original charm. This place holds a very special place in my heart.
Before renovations began, I placed my hand near the front door and quietly introduced myself to the house. I shared my intention to work together, to care for one another, and to create something meaningful within its walls. In that moment, I felt a deep sense of grounding and protection. When I lifted my hand away, there was a small heart printed on the house.
That moment affirmed what I already felt. This space wanted to be a place of care, presence, and healing. Every detail has been created with intention so you feel safe, supported, and welcome the moment you arrive.
