The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words. Rei meaning higher wisdom, and Ki meaning life force energy. Together, Reiki translates to spiritually guided life force energy. During your session, you rest comfortably on a massage table in a peaceful space with soft lighting and calming music while healing energy flows where it is needed most. You do not need to talk, relive your past, or figure anything out. This is simply a space to soften, relax, and receive. Clients often experience warmth, tingling sensations, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a feeling of calm flowing through the body. Reiki works with the whole person, mind, body, emotions, and spirit, supporting emotional balance, nervous system regulation, inner healing, and overall well being. For many women, Reiki becomes a moment to finally exhale. A quiet space where healing happens naturally because the body feels safe enough to let go.
